1.What is the normal lead time? 

For stock products, we will send goods to you within 1-2 days after we receive your payment.

2.What is your shipping terms?

by express , by air , by sea, all depend on buyer. ( for small order usually ship by express, it takes 3-5 days arrive in your destination)

3.How do you control the quality? 

We do leak test for 3 times before packing.

4.How about the refund service? 

If there any quality problem on our bottle, please contact us within 5-15 days after you get the goods and take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation, When we confirmed the problem we will change or make up for you1- 3 days.Any man-made damage we cannot change,refund or make up.

Packing style:

Our factory pay high attention to the packing style as it is a very important part of production;We use new plastic bags to wrap all the tubes,then we put them into a paper tray and then put all the trays into strong trade cartons
